Bryan Daniel Noone, 40, of Gray Court, South Carolina, was killed during an exchange of gunfire on the night of Friday, June 27, 2025, in Simpsonville. A United States Navy veteran and auto body and paint repairman, Noone was a member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club and is described by family as an extraordinary husband and father; he was married to Amber for 18 years and they had two children, Brayden and Baylee. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.

The shooting followed a dispute that began at a Waterton Way home when Michael Jared Wilson allegedly struck 30-year-old Matthew Donavon Deese with a metal bat. Deese left the house but returned. When both men produced firearms, shots were fired and three people were struck; Deese and his young daughter were wounded and taken to a hospital after being found at a 7-Eleven on Harrison Bridge Road. Investigators arrested Deese and Wilson; Deese was charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and unlawful neglect of a child, while Wilson faced a charge of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. Noone’s death is described in the case as resulting from that exchange of gunfire.
