Delfino Moor, a 26-year-old Hispanic man, was shot and killed shortly after midday on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in North Hollywood. The shooting happened in a rear parking-lot area along the 7300 block of Lankershim Boulevard; Moor was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene after Los Angeles Fire Department medics attempted aid.

Police said Moor had been approached by three people just before the shooting and that one person in the group opened fire. Investigators described the case as possibly gang-related but did not announce a specific motive or detail what led them to that conclusion. Detectives from the LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division Valley Bureau identified and arrested three people the following day: Angel Banuelos, Joshua Provencio and Jonathan Cuellar, each booked on suspicion of murder with bail set at $2 million. Authorities continued canvassing the area for witnesses and video after the arrests.

If anyone saw the incident or has surveillance footage from the 7300 block of Lankershim Boulevard around 12:30 p.m. on October 16, 2025, please share what you know.
