On November 4, 2025, officers found 21-year-old Quaylyn Carter unresponsive inside a vehicle on the 1600 block of Penn Avenue in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene, just thirteen days short of his twenty-second birthday. The Allegheny County Police Department is handling the homicide investigation; few details about the circumstances have been released and no suspects have been publicly identified.
Quaylyn, known as Little Q, had recently moved into his own apartment in Monroeville, worked as an Amazon delivery driver and was enrolled in HVAC classes at the Community College of Allegheny County. Family members described him as disciplined and health-conscious, with plans to one day own a farm. His father, Quaylyn Q Carter, publicly spoke about the loss and their last conversation, a few days before the shooting, about watching a football game.
Does anyone in the Pittsburgh, Monroeville or Wilkinsburg area have information about Quaylyn’s movements on November 4 or the hours before he was found?
