On the evening of December 15, 2025, Jimvonte Leonard Critten, a 29-year-old Black man from Enterprise, Alabama, was fatally shot after a domestic dispute. Enterprise Police were called to a residence in the 400 block of West Watts Street at about 7:27 p.m.; officers found Critten inside the home with a gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators named Jumirrus Malik Flowers as a primary suspect and issued a public alert describing him as armed and dangerous, seeking his surrender on a murder charge. Flowers later turned himself in. Detectives then developed evidence implicating a second person and on December 18, 2025, arrested 42-year-old Michael Sinclaire Andrews of Enterprise; Andrews was charged with murder and taken to the Coffee County Jail. Police said the investigation remained active and gave no further details about each person’s role or a motive.
