Jovan Kirkendall was 18 when he was killed on East North Street in Buffalo on the night of Tuesday, February 13, 2007.

The Buffalo Police Department investigated the murder, but the case has gone cold. No suspects have been publicly identified and no arrests have been announced, leaving family and community members without answers.

Does anyone who was in the East North Street area on February 13, 2007, or who knew Jovan, have information that could help move this case forward?
