Alexus Edmunds, 22, was killed on the night of June 27, 2026, in a residence on the 2900 block of Bluestone Avenue NE in Roanoke, Virginia. Police were called for a shooting at about 11:19 p.m.; officers found Edmunds deceased at the scene after what authorities described as a violent escalation of a domestic dispute.

Twenty-three-year-old Tiahjae Silas Paige was inside the home and, after investigators determined an argument had preceded the shooting, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder. The Roanoke Police Department says the investigation remains ongoing while the legal process begins for Paige.

Friends and family are mourning Edmunds’ sudden, violent death. Does anyone have information about Edmunds, Paige, or the events on Bluestone Avenue that night?
