Susan Boynton was 21 and living in Fort Lauderdale when she was murdered on December 24, 1979. Her death was by strangulation and a fatal stab wound to the neck. The initial investigation produced few leads and the case eventually went cold.
Decades later, investigators examined Susan’s case again as DNA technology advanced and while probing the crimes of Eddie Lee Mosley, a suspected serial predator in Fort Lauderdale in the 1970s and 1980s. Mosley’s DNA was compared to evidence from Susan’s case and did not match. No one else has been arrested or charged in her murder, and the case remains unsolved.
Are there anyone who knew Susan, her routines, or who remembers unusual activity in Fort Lauderdale around Christmas Eve 1979?
