Quinten Kevell Moore, 33, was one of six people killed in a shooting rampage in Clay County, Mississippi, on January 9, 2026. Born November 29, 1992, in West Point, he was a married father of three and a content creator known for storytelling and creative work. According to reports, Quinten, his father Glenn Moore, 67, and his uncle Willie Guines, 55, were found shot in the head at a residence on David Hill Road. Investigators say the accused then stole Quinten’s Ford F-150 and went to a home on Blake Road, where 7-year-old Mikiylia Guines was killed after an attempted sexual assault, and later to Siloam-Griffith Road where Barry Bradley and Samuel Bradley were killed; one of those men was a local pastor.
Daricka M. Moore, 24, identified as Quinten’s brother, was arrested the same day at a safety checkpoint and charged with multiple counts including first-degree murder and charges expected to be upgraded to capital murder. The accused pleaded not guilty to 11 charges at an initial appearance; the District Attorney has said the death penalty will be sought and a judge ordered a mental evaluation. Few details about motive have been released.
Did anyone in the Clay County area know Quinten or have information about the movements between the three crime scenes on January 9?
