Short North nightlife in Columbus, Ohio, was shattered by gunfire in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 23, 2026. Officers responding around 3:10 a.m. found 20-year-old Tiegiaion Ty Clement in the 1000 block of North High Street with a critical gunshot wound. He was taken to Grant Medical Center and pronounced dead at about 5:50 a.m.
