Isaias Rivera-Lopez was 26 when he was killed in Charlotte, North Carolina, on April 26, 2008. His death involved gun violence and is recorded among a surge of homicides the city experienced that year.

The killing is listed as one of several unsolved cases from that violent period. While many 2008 homicides in Charlotte were tied to domestic disputes or gang activity, it is not known whether Rivera-Lopez’s death was connected to either. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is still seeking information as part of broader efforts to resolve cold cases from that era.

If anyone has information about Isaias Rivera-Lopez or the circumstances of his death, please contact the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
