Have you guys ever wondered if the city has any memorials dedicated to Alexandra Wiwcharuk? It's been over 60 years since her tragic passing, and it seems like something the community could do to honor her memory. Given how much this case shook Saskatoon and continues to resonate with people, you would think a plaque or a bench in City Park, where she lived and was last seen, could serve as a poignant reminder. It could also keep her story alive and maybe even encourage someone with information to come forward. Her family, especially her nieces, have worked so hard to keep her case in the spotlight. A public marker not only respects that effort but could bring some comfort to those who still hope for justice. Does anyone know if there have been any discussions or efforts to establish a memorial in her name?
