Jayme Lynn Engstrom, 22, of Clearwater, Florida, disappeared on February 20, 1994. She was last seen at about 8:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cleveland Street after Clearwater police stopped her for walking in the road while carrying an open container of alcohol. A mother of three, Engstrom had a history of addiction and arrests for prostitution and drug offenses in Florida, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, with ties to McKeesport and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and West Springfield, Massachusetts.

Family contact with Engstrom ended in January 1994; her mother, Vicki Lynn Engstrom, did not report her missing until December 1995. Her criminal record ceases in early 1994, around the time she vanished. During that period Clearwater experienced a cluster of murders of women engaged in prostitution, and investigators consider Engstrom’s disappearance suspicious and have long suspected she may have been a victim of a possible serial offender, though no evidence links her to a specific suspect and no charges have been announced.

Did anyone in Clearwater or the other cities named know Jayme, her routines, or who she was with in February 1994?
