Eveline Ashbaugh, 60, was found stabbed to death inside her home on Buttermilk Hill Road in Delaware, Ohio, on May 5, 2007. She was last heard from about 11:30 p.m. on May 4; when she did not report for her usual duties the next morning a farmhand checked her residence and summoned deputies. Investigators say the killer likely entered late at night, either through an unlocked door or after being let in.

Eveline was a well-known llama farmer in the Delaware County community, and her unexpected disappearance from the farm that morning alarmed family and neighbors. The homicide remains unsolved and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office has been asking the public for any information or leads that could identify the perpetrator.

Does anyone recall seeing anything unusual near Buttermilk Hill Road the night of May 4–5, 2007, or have information that could help Eveline’s family?
