Antoine Twan Patterson was 25 when he was shot and killed on March 16, 2006, at the Yearling Green Apartments, 4218 Rickenbacker Avenue in Whitehall, Ohio. The shooting occurred in the evening as he left a friend’s apartment. Police reports say Patterson was confronted in the foyer by an unknown person; an argument turned violent and he was shot multiple times. The shooter or shooters fled before officers arrived.

The Whitehall Police Department and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation investigated, and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office has since highlighted the case among other unsolved homicides.
