Charles Ozinski, 60, disappeared from Bluff Crest nursing home in Kings Park, New York, on April 22, 1982. He is described as a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black balding hair, brown eyes and very poor teeth. On the day he vanished he was wearing a brown leather jacket, beige pants, brown shoes and a blue baseball hat.
How he left the facility is unclear and the initial investigation turned up few leads. The Suffolk County Police Department has kept the case open but the trail went cold, and his disappearance has remained unresolved.
