Charles Guess, 69, was found dead at his Columbus apartment at 939 East Mound Street, Apartment 3A, on June 13, 1994. He suffered head wounds that caused his death.

The Columbus Police Department and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation have kept the case open, and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office lists it as an unsolved homicide. No arrests or clear leads have been reported in connection with the fatal attack.
