Por Soua Her, 22, was reported missing from Minneapolis on March 12, 2002, and has had no contact since. She is described as Asian, with long black hair, brown eyes, and distinctive blue eyeliner tattoos on her lower eyelids. At the time she was 5 feet 7 inches and weighed 110 to 120 pounds. Her family lived in Minneapolis; she was born in Laos.

A week after she was reported missing, her vehicle was found abandoned; the location and any evidence from the car have not been publicly disclosed. The Brooklyn Center Police Department classifies the case as endangered missing and remains the investigating agency. Few other details have been released and no major public breakthroughs have been reported.

Does anyone have information about Por Her’s last known movements, the area where her car was found, or contacts she may have had in March 2002?
