Odessa L. White was 17 when she was last seen in Seattle in January 1998. She was described as Native American, five feet six inches tall, about 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time she was reportedly wearing a black jacket, a blue shirt, jeans, and white shoes, and had several self-done tattoos on both hands.
