Eliseo Salas was an 18-year-old who was fatally shot on July 15, 2007, during a party on London Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, California. According to accounts, an argument with another attendee, described as a Hispanic male, escalated and ended with Salas being shot and later dying from his wounds.
