Has anyone else heard about Milton's case in Puerto Rico? I read that he was last seen at the Hostel San Rafael. What's puzzling is the drug-related angle people keep mentioning. I'm curious if there's more info out there about what might have been going on around that area in 2004. Were there any reports of drug activity, or is it just speculation at this point? It's so strange how some cases just seem to stall without any solid leads. If anyone has thoughts or links to articles, I'd love to read more about it!
