Frank James Singer Jr., 53, was last seen June 10, 1997, at his Newcastle, California home. He founded the Artisan Contractors Association and was reported missing by an employee of his company. Singer’s silver and black 1997 Mercedes-Benz 180 was found parked outside his Roseville office the following day.

At the time he disappeared Singer was under investigation for alleged unlawful business practices and tax evasion and was facing multiple lawsuits. Before vanishing he reportedly discussed changing his identity, leaving the country, and returning under an assumed name, which suggests he may have contemplated fleeing to avoid legal consequences. No criminal charges were filed.

His family has continued seeking answers and authorities continue to investigate. If anyone knew Singer’s movements in June 1997 or has information about his possible plans to leave the area, please come forward.
