Carlos Tirado, a 38-year-old Hispanic man, was shot to death on October 13, 2015, on the railroad tracks in the 400 block of West Clearfield Street in Philadelphia. Officers arrived after reports of a shooting at about 3:57 p.m. and found Tirado with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:38 p.m. He lived on the 6000 block of Large Street. The death remains unsolved and the Philadelphia Police Department is seeking information that could help identify those responsible.
