Flor Guzman-Vasquez, 28, and her partner Jose Antonio Delacruz were shot and killed on January 12, 2007, inside their pickup truck on Still Street in the Mission Terrace neighborhood of San Francisco. Their 5-year-old son, who was in the vehicle, managed to leave the truck covered in blood to seek help, but the couple’s young daughter was left behind in the vehicle.

The case remains unsolved. The San Francisco Police Department has offered rewards ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 for tips that could lead to an arrest and prosecution, and has encouraged anyone with information to contact anonymous tip lines. Limited progress has been reported, with investigators citing a lack of witnesses and actionable evidence.

Anyone who knew Flor, Jose, or the family, or who has information about the shooting on Still Street on January 12, 2007, is asked to come forward.
