Alina Garcia was 25 when her body was found along the I-15 Freeway near Barstow, California, on July 10, 2004. She had been in the company of two individuals, Christopher Chavez, known as Ghost, and Carlos Aguilar, prior to her death.

The circumstances of Garcia’s murder remain unsolved and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate. Authorities have asked the public for help in identifying who was responsible and bringing them to justice. The case remains open as detectives try to piece together what happened.
