Ronnie Romero was 22 when he was shot and killed in West Philadelphia on the night of April 30, 2012. Police found him at about 9:20 p.m. on the 600 block of North 44th Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds; he lived on the 500 block of North Simpson Street. Emergency personnel took him to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 11:06 p.m.

A Philadelphia homicide database lists the case as Open/No arrest, and no publicly documented prosecution, plea, conviction, or identified suspect has been located.
