Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot lately about the scene where the incident occurred on Thornton Ave, and I can't help but wonder about the state of the area at that time. With the trees being recently pruned, it's possible that the neighborhood was more open and perhaps even eerier during those early morning hours, without the usual foliage one might expect. Did anyone in the area notice if the streets were strangely quiet or if any unusual activity had been occurring in the days leading up to that night?
It must be incredibly difficult for Maria and Carmen's family to know that such a brutal act happened in what should have been a familiar and safe environment. I'm holding out hope that someone will remember a detail, however small, that might bring some justice and peace to their loved ones.
Stay safe, everyone, and keep sharing anything you remember. It could be a crucial piece to this tragic puzzle.
I'm still thinking about the heartbreaking loss of Maria and Carmen Hernandez. It's deeply upsetting to imagine what their family is going through. One thing I keep mulling over is the strange presence of that 1986-1989 Honda Accord near the scene. It’s peculiar, right? There were reportedly three people in that car. Were they witnesses? Accomplices? Just passing by? It’s strange they didn’t come forward if they weren't involved. If anyone has any info—no matter how small or seemingly unrelated—about that specific car or its passengers, please reach out to the authorities. Every little bit could help bring justice for Maria and Carmen. My thoughts are with their loved ones today and always.
