Has anyone ever looked into the connection between Ernest's passion for boxing and his murder? I remember hearing that he was pretty active in the local boxing scene. Could there have been someone from that world harboring resentment or anger towards him? It's just so difficult to imagine why anyone would want to harm such a beloved member of the community. His dedication to his craft and his hobbies only adds to the heartbreak of his loss. It’s baffling that a hardworking guy like him, with deep ties to Upland, ended up a victim of such a violent act. I hope people who were around him in those boxing circles might revisit the time, think back, and share anything unusual they might remember with the authorities. Even the smallest detail could be crucial in solving this case and bringing some peace to his family, who must feel the void left by Ernest every day.
