I can't stop thinking about how hard it must be for Patrick Bailey's family knowing there's still someone out there who might know something about his case and hasn’t come forward yet. It’s been over 20 years, and although we've seen some progress with the investigation being reopened in 2017, there’s still a piece of the puzzle missing with the third suspect.
