On the night of August 7, 1990, Keith Francis Baker was involved in a disturbance in the parking lot of a liquor store at 2035 White Oaks Drive in Santa Clara, California. Witnesses said between about 9:20 PM and 10:45 PM he was acting erratically, using profanity and challenging others to fight. At approximately 10:40 PM he was stabbed during the confrontation and taken to Valley Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.
The Santa Clara Police Department has periodically revisited the investigation but no suspects have been identified and the case remains unsolved. Authorities have appealed to the public for information and have re-examined evidence with newer forensic techniques.
If anyone remembers that night or has information about the confrontation in the White Oaks Drive parking lot, please come forward.
