Teresa Yvette Watkins, 41, was last heard from when she texted her mother on December 17, 2022. She is Black, 5 feet 5 inches tall, about 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time she was living in Ohio with a man; her mother was aware of domestic issues between them. Teresa had recently traveled to Mississippi and then returned to Ohio with that man. He later told her mother Teresa had gone back to Mississippi, but her mother has had no contact with her since, which is out of character.

Her mother reported her missing to the Tunica County Sheriff’s Department on March 2, 2023. Mansfield, Ohio police checked Teresa’s last known address in Mansfield but did not find her. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Tunica County Sheriff’s Department at (662) 363-1411.
