Enyinaya Nwankwo, 19, was fatally shot on the evening of August 19, 2009, at the Crossings Apartment Complex on Court Glen Drive in southwest Houston. Nwankwo had been visiting friends when two men confronted the group and attempted to rob them.

As Nwankwo and the others tried to flee, the suspects opened fire; the shooters then fled the scene. The Houston Police Department opened an investigation and a reward was offered for information leading to the suspects’ capture.

What did anyone in the area see that night or in the hours afterward that might help identify the shooters?
