John Henry, 47, was found critically injured at his Houston home on April 9, 2007, after officers responded to reports of a disturbance. He had sustained multiple stab wounds and was taken to a local hospital, where he died of his injuries. Authorities say the assailant entered the residence without permission and an altercation followed.
The suspect was identified as John Henry Bice III, someone known to the victim. After the attack Bice reportedly fled in the victim’s 1984 Oldsmobile station wagon and was captured shortly thereafter by police. Reports note prior threats made by Bice toward the victim’s wife, and Bice was arrested and charged with murder. The motive remains unclear and investigators were still probing the events that led to the fatal confrontation.
If anyone knew John Henry or has information about the disturbance that night, please share what you know.
