Hey everyone, I've been looking into Harvey Leon Allen's case, and something that caught my attention is the location where it happened—Hall Street. I've read some reports and discussions that mention this area had some previous incidents before Harvey's tragic death. Does anyone local to Bryan, Texas, know if this area was known for being particularly troubled back in 2005? It makes me wonder if there were any witnesses out that night who might have seen or heard something unusual but didn't come forward because they were afraid. It's so tough to think about a family still searching for answers all these years later.
