Andrew Cornelius Willie Jr was fatally shot in the early hours of March 20, 2011, in the parking lot of The After Midnight Club in the 700 block of Military Highway, Virginia Beach. Police and EMS responded to a shooting call around 4:18 AM and found Andrew with a gunshot wound; he was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital but died of his injuries. The State Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the death a homicide.

Known by nicknames Lil Andrew, Wee Wee, Drew, or Skino, he was born August 8, 1981, in Norfolk and attended several local schools including Bayside High School. He was a father to three children, Ki’Asia Wiggins, Andriana Lacy Willie, and KeAndre Willie, and was survived by his mother, Isolean Willie, and other family. The Virginia Beach Police Department opened a homicide investigation; as of the most recent account, the case remains active and unsolved with no suspects publicly identified and no arrests announced.
