On the morning of Friday, January 15, 1993, 30-year-old Reginald Darnell Sease, a Black male, was shot multiple times with a large caliber handgun at 995 Tenth Street in Waynesboro, Virginia, and died at the scene in what police described as an execution-style homicide. The shooting happened between 7:55 and 8:00 AM.

Investigators identified a dark-colored BMW with a spoiler as a vehicle of interest; the car may have had New York or North Carolina plates. Two possible suspects were described early in the probe: one a Black male about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds wearing an Army-style jacket and a dark ball cap, the other described only as a Black male. No arrests have been made and the case remains unsolved, with authorities and CrimeStoppers offering rewards for information.

If anyone has memories, tips, or information about the BMW, the men seen that morning, or other details that could resolve this case, please come forward.
