Kyle Alan Neugebauer, 26, of Wichita, Kansas, was reported missing on December 17, 2024. He was last seen near 143rd Street and Highway 254 in Sedgwick County wearing a black Carhartt jacket, jogging pants, and tennis shoes. The area is dense brush and wooded terrain, and search efforts have been difficult there.

Search operations were temporarily halted by a severe winter storm soon after his disappearance. His father, Marc Neugebauer, and other family members have been actively searching thousands of acres in the rural Wichita area. The family has launched a GoFundMe to help with the substantial emotional and financial toll. The Wichita Police Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are handling the case.
