Tomeik Keyshun Mosley, 48, was struck and killed while on foot in Bessemer on the night of July 12, 2023. The collision occurred around 8:30 p.m. near Ninth Avenue North and Brewer Drive as she was crossing the roadway; the impact was fatal and Mosley died at the scene.
