Wanda Rivas, 47, was reported missing from Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, after she was last seen in mid‑May 2015. Reports differ on the last confirmed sighting: some place her between 4:00 and 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, while others say she was seen about 6:30 PM on Monday, May 18 near The Ice Cream Shoppe in the Sunny Isle Shopping Center. Her family reported her missing on May 20, 2015.

Rivas is described as 5 feet 3 inches, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She usually wore long hair extensions and has tattoos reading Wendy on her neck and a flower with Wendy on her upper arm. At the time she disappeared she was reported wearing a red, blue, and white striped blouse and blue jeans. Authorities say she frequented Cool Runnings Bar in Frederiksted, Campo Rico, Chris Hideaway Bar, the Walter I.M. Hodge Pavilion and the Lagoon Complex. The U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department is investigating and the case remains unresolved.
