Angel Joel Ventura, 19, was last seen on December 30, 2013, in Frederiksted on St. Croix. He was reportedly going for a walk near the Williams Delight housing community and never returned. His family says it was uncharacteristic for him to leave without warning and they believe foul play may have been involved.

Ventura is described as a Black and Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches and about 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown shoulder-length dreadlocks and a mole on his right temple. When last seen he wore a black t-shirt, khaki shorts, black Jordan slippers, and a black stocking cap. He was known to frequent the Williams Delight area and the Frederiksted Fish Market. The U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department lists him as an endangered missing person.
