Stephon Andre Walker, Jr., was 30 when he was found with gunshot wounds in the early hours of April 3, 2022, in Selma, Alabama. He was pronounced dead after being discovered, and the Selma Police Department opened a homicide investigation into the fatal shooting.

Walker, described as a kind and hardworking man by family and friends, was buried at Serenity Memorial Gardens on April 9, 2022. No suspects or arrests have been publicly identified and the investigation remains open as authorities have appealed for information.
