I've been going through Lee Jasper Fenner's case, and one thing that stands out to me is the lack of witness accounts from that day. It was around 3:50 p.m. when he was last seen in Washington, D.C., and it makes me wonder about the daily hustle and bustle of the area. Wasn't it around the time when people are either getting off work or heading home? Someone must have seen something. I understand the lack of details is frustrating, but there could be people out there with useful information who don’t realize it yet. Between the foot traffic and vehicles, not to mention any potential security cameras in a relatively central location like I Street southeast, it feels like there should be more to work with. If anyone has connections in D.C. or was in the area back then, maybe it’s worth reaching out to see if old memories could be jogged. Every bit helps!
