Just stumbled upon Eugene Williams's case again while going through some old threads, and it got me thinking about how crucial community interaction can be in missing person cases. Does anyone remember if there were ever any neighborhood outreach efforts or flyers distributed back then? Sometimes these grassroots movements can jog someone’s memory or encourage local tips. It's baffling that we have so little information on Eugene after all these years. Maybe someone who lived in the Congress Park area or the shelter back in 2002 saw something? It's a long shot, but revisiting old connections sometimes sparks new interest or brings forgotten details to light. Anyone with leads or memories should definitely come forward—even the smallest detail might help.
