Does anyone have any updates on this case? Was she ever found? Was there a real investigation?

Mary Lou Bivins was 45 when she was last seen in Quincy, Florida, in June 2002. Reports differ on the exact date: some say June 6, 2002, in the 100 block of South Madison Street, while the Florida Department of Law Enforcement lists June 15, 2002, and the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office lists June 14, 2002. She was described as 5 feet 2 inches and 89 pounds.

Family reported that Bivins struggled with alcoholism but stayed in close contact and would not have left without telling anyone. She had only one kidney and may have needed medical attention when she disappeared. The Quincy Police Department and the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Department classify her as an endangered missing person.

Few details are available and the case remains unsolved. If anyone knew Mary Lou, saw her in June 2002, or has information about her whereabouts, please come forward.
