Kenneth Wayne Partridge, 42, and his 47-year-old wife Bonnie Christine Partridge were fatally shot in Opelika, Alabama, on April 12, 2015. The couple had run K&C Karaoke for about ten years; Kenneth enjoyed music, sang, wrote songs and often DJ’d at weddings and fundraisers, including events for Multiple Sclerosis. They had been married fifteen years and Kenneth is described as a devoted family man who cared deeply for his grandchildren.
Investigators identified a suspect in the double homicide; that individual was later found dead underneath a house, bringing a grim end to the search. The motive for the shootings was not immediately clear. Kenneth is survived by his parents, children and grandchildren.
If anyone knew Kenneth or Bonnie, or has information about what happened that day, please come forward with any details that might help the record.
