Ciara Lukens, 17, was reported missing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, after last being seen on June 16, 2025. Few details about the circumstances of her disappearance that day have been made public, leaving her family and community with unanswered questions about her whereabouts and welfare.
Ciara had been reported missing earlier in 2025 as well. In February, when she was 16, she was considered a runaway from South Bend and was last seen on February 22 near McKinley Avenue and Hickory Road. At that time she was described as 5 feet 6 inches and about 240 pounds, with red hair, brown eyes, and two piercings on the left side of her nose. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and gray pants, carrying a black backpack and wearing blue shoes. Authorities believed she had run away with another teenage girl, though it was unclear if they remained together.
By August 2025 Ciara was among 21 teenagers listed as missing in Indiana, underscoring a wider pattern of disappearances that year. Few concrete leads are publicly known about her June disappearance. Anyone with information about Ciara’s locations, friends, or movements in Fort Wayne around June 16, 2025 is asked to come forward.
