Kevin White, a 34-year-old Black man, was fatally shot after a warehouse party in Mandan, North Dakota, on November 26, 2016. The gathering turned violent that night and the shooting ended White’s life.
The Mandan Police Department identified three people in connection with the homicide. Two men, Quentin Felton and Jiqueal Simmons, were arrested and charged; a third person, who is Jiqueal Simmons’s father, was also implicated and charged. White’s girlfriend was a key witness, but her account was affected by intoxication at the time of the shooting, a fact brought up during preliminary hearings. Both Felton and Simmons initially pleaded not guilty.
The court process moved forward based on the investigation and witness accounts. Does anyone who attended that warehouse party or who knew Kevin have information that could shed more light on what happened that night?
