I was doing some research on the Agnes Battersby case and stumbled upon a detail that I find puzzling. Given her physical disability, it seems unlikely that she could have wandered very far on her own after being dropped off. Her unique gait would have made any significant distance extremely difficult, if not impossible. Has anyone else considered the idea that maybe someone she knew might have been involved in her disappearance? It seems strange that there wasn't any evidence or trace of her left in the area where she vanished. Could it be possible that someone who was aware of her vulnerabilities took advantage of that? The lack of leads is truly baffling, considering the circumstances. I'd love to hear others' thoughts or if there's been any discussion on this angle before.
