Hey everyone, I've been following Riley Berland's case closely and something that's been bothering me is the lack of reported sightings or leads early on. I mean, Frog Lake isn't a huge place, and you'd think someone might have seen something around the time he disappeared. It's unsettling how someone can just vanish in a small community where you'd assume people look out for each other. Was there a large-scale community search right when he went missing? I haven't found much info on search efforts from those first crucial days and weeks. It's puzzling, especially since the Elk Point RCMP got involved. Maybe some local folks on here can shed light on this? It might feel like a tiny detail now, but any insight into those initial search efforts might shine a new light or jog someone's memory. Thoughts?
