I’ve been following Foster Bezanson’s case for a while now, and there’s a detail that stands out to me—the location he disappeared from. Abitibi Road 48 is notorious for its harsh wilderness, and I've read that even experienced outdoorsmen can get turned around in those dense woods. I wonder if anyone else has heard about the conditions in that area back in 1980? Perhaps there were changes in the landscape or weather patterns that could have played a role in his vanishing. It’s crazy to think about how Mother Nature can be both captivating and unforgiving, especially in places like Northern Ontario. Anyone have thoughts or insights into what that terrain is like either from firsthand experience or family stories? It could help paint a picture of what Foster faced out there all those years ago.
