Kenneth Gilbert Joseph Blais, known to family as Ken, was 27 when he was last seen in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario on September 14, 1994. After an argument with his mother at the Levesque Street home he told them he was going to meet his father and was believed to be heading toward the Ottawa area, but he never arrived and was reported missing.
Ken was described as a Caucasian male about 5 feet 7 inches and 130 pounds with a thin build, dark brown shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, and usually wearing a beard and mustache. He had a handmade tattoo of a cross on his left bicep. When last seen he may have been wearing a black or white leather jacket, a black t-shirt, jeans and Adidas running shoes, and he was thought to be carrying a Montreal Canadiens hockey bag.
His disappearance is one of four vanishings from the North Bay and Sturgeon Falls area in the summer of 1994. The Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police continue to list the case as an open investigation. Does anyone who lived in the area at that time remember seeing Ken or his car after September 14, 1994?
